摘 要:在中国传统社会,祖坟不仅是为敬孝而建,而且被认为关系着子孙的命脉,因此宗族非常重视并设法保护。近代皖中宗族从建置坟地伊始,就不断地为保护祖坟创造条件,从而形成了较为全面的保护系统,在必要时坚定地通过诉讼解决问题。正是由于宗族积极开展保护,很多祖坟虽然遭到侵害,但是得以恢复。宗族在保护祖坟的过程中激发了族人的一本观念并增强了凝聚力。祖坟的长期存续不仅为族人慎终追远、敬宗睦族提供了处所,也为宗族通过祭祀强化尊祖敬宗观念和尊卑等级秩序提供了重要条件,从而在一定程度上延缓了传统宗族社会向近代的转型。In traditional Chinese society,ancestral tombs were not only built for filial piety,but were also considered to be related to the lifeline of descendants.Therefore,the clan attached great importance to and sought to protect them.Since the establishment of ancestral tombs in the central part of Anhui Province in modern,the clan had continuously created conditions to protect them,thus forming a relatively comprehensive protection system and firmly resolving problems through litigation when necessary.It was precisely due to the active protection carried out by the clan that many ancestral tombs had been restored despite being violated.In the process of protecting ancestral tombs,the clan had inspired the consciousness of same root and same origin and strengthened cohesion.The long-term existence of ancestral tombs not only provided a place for clan members to solemnly miss their ancestors and realize the harmony of the clan through respecting ancestors,but also provided important conditions for the clan to strengthen the concept of respecting ancestors and the hierarchical order of superiority and inferiority,thus delaying the transformation from traditional clan society to modern society to a certain extent.
