摘　　要：分别采用一浴一步法、一浴二步法和二浴法工艺对醋酸纤维/锦纶/涤纶针织弹力面料进行染整加工,分析了一浴一步法和一浴二步法染色工艺的颜色重现性,对比了三个工艺染色织物的色牢度、顶破强力和加工成本。结果表明,一浴一步法具有流程短、节水节能的优点,织物的各项色牢度、顶破强力达到服用标准。The dyeing processes of acetate/polyamide/polyester knitted elastic fabric are carried out with the one-bath one-step process,the one-bath two-step process and the two-bath two-step process-.The color reproducibility of the one-bath one-step process and the one-bath two-step process are-,and the color fastness,bursting strength and dyeing processing cost of the dyeings are compared.The results show that the one-bath one-step process has the advantages of shortened process,water and energy savings,and the color fastnesses and bursting strength of the fabric meet the wearing standards.
