摘 要:由于近距离煤层开采影响,使得相邻煤层掘进期间顶板以及两帮的围岩变形严重。以韩城矿区下峪口煤矿21320工作面为背景,通过理论分析、数值模拟及现场实测对近距离煤层综采工作面顶底板及两帮破断特征进行研究。研究结果表明,上覆采空区压实区域底板13 m处垂直应力约为14.1 MPa,水平应力约为14.2 MPa,采空区边缘底板破坏深度最大为39.8 m,采空区底板沿水平面方向的最大破坏长度为102.27 m;10 m煤柱在上保护层采空区和21320进风巷掘进的影响下,导致煤柱应力集中程度增大,采空区底板破坏深度为5~7 m;21320工作面进风巷掘进后,与21318工作面采空区之间留设的10 m煤柱内大部分已被塑性区贯通。基于此,对原有方案进行优化,通过现场试验得到顶底板及两帮移近量均小于200 mm,大多时间内两帮移近量小于100 mm,说明21320进风巷在对巷道锚杆索支护排距进行放大后,对巷道不会产生较大影响,且可以缩短巷道的支护时间,增加巷道月进尺量。Due to the impact of close range coal seam mining,the deformation of the roof and surrounding rock on both sides during adjacent coal seam excavation is severe.Taking the No.21320 working face of Xiayukou Coal Mine in Hancheng Mining area as the background,through theoretical analysis,numerical simulation,and on-site measurement,the fracture characteristics of the roof,floor,and two sides of the close range coal seam fully-mechanized mining face were studied.The research results indicated that the vertical stress at a depth of 13 meters on the compacted foor of the overlying goaf was about 14.1 MPa,and the horizontal stress was about 14.2 MPa.The maximum depth of damage to the floor at the edge of the goaf was 39.8 meters,the maximum failure length of the floor of the goaf along the horizontal plane direction was 102.27 m;the stress concentration of the coal pillar increased under the influence of the goaf of the upper protective layer and the excavation of No.21320 intake airway,the failure depth of the floor in the goaf was about 5-7 m;After the excavation of the intake airway of No.21320 working face,most of the 10 meter coal pillar left between the goaf of No.21320 working face was penetrated by the plastic zone.Based on this,the original plan was optimized.Through on-site experiments,it was found that the roof,floor,and two sides had a displacement of less than 200 mm,and most of the time,the displacement of the two sides was less than 100 mm.This indicates that after enlarging the spacing of the anchor rod and cable supporting in the No.21320 intake airway,it will not have a significant impact on the roadway and can shorten the supporting time and increase the monthly footage of the roadway.
