摘 要:冷凝法烟气水回收技术包括直接冷凝法及换热器间接冷凝法。直接冷凝法的核心装置为喷淋塔及填料塔,在电厂中得到广泛应用,具有良好的社会效益和经济效益;换热器间接冷凝技术受酸露点的影响,主要采用氟塑料换热器。其他烟气提水技术还有TMC膜法、热泵法等工艺技术,因能同时提取烟气中的热量也获得了较为广泛的研究,但目前还没有在电厂中得到规模应用。The condensation method for flue gas water recovery technology includes direct condensation method and indirect condensation method by heat exchangers.The direct condensation method is widely used in power plants,has good social and economic benefits;the indirect condensation technology by heat exchangers is affected by the acid dew point,usually fluoroplastic heat exchangers were used.Other flue gas water extraction technologies include TMC membrane method,heat pump method and other process technologies,which have also been widely studied for their ability to simultaneously extract heat from flue gas and have not yet been applied in power plants on large scale.
