摘  要:矿用隔爆兼本安型电源属于爆炸性气体环境用防爆电气设备,在国家标准GB3836中要求老化时间不小于48 h。由于隔爆电源质量较大,长期处于在地面铺开放置,由人工进行老化和检验。针对检验工作量大、检验效率低、自动化程度差等问题,设计一条立库式智能老化检测线,通过PAD扫码绑定、AGV产线转运、堆垛机进出库、上位机管理程控仪器检验,实现整条产线的全自动无人化。其中,堆垛机采用超薄叉齿设计,提高了空间利用率,解决了电源出入仓位的问题;托盘兼容性设计、探针式对接设计解决了柔性化检验的问题。检测数据的结构化和可追溯化提高了产线的信息化水平。Mine flameproof and intrinsically safe power supply belongs to explosion-proof electrical equipment used in explosive gas environment.It is required in the national standard GB3836 that the aging time shall not be less than 48 hours.Due to the large weight of the explosion-proof power supply,it has been laid out on the ground for a long time and subjected to manual aging and inspection.In response to the problems such as high workload,low inspection efficiency,and poor automation,a vertical intelligent aging detection line was designed,which is fully automated and unmanned through PAD scanning and binding,AGV production line transportation,stacker entering and exiting the warehouse,and upper computer management of programmable instruments for inspection.The stacker adopted an ultra-thin fork tooth design,the space utilization was improved and the problem of power supply entering and exiting the workstation was solved.The tray compatibility design and probe docking design solved the problem of flexible inspection.The structuring and traceability of detection data improved the informatization level of the production line.
