摘  要:针对新田煤矿1404工作面回采巷道围岩松散破碎地质条件,采用注浆锚索主动式超前支护巷道控制围岩变形,通过FLAC^(3D)软件模拟了煤层开采过程中的超前支承压力和巷道围岩变形,分析了不同推进距离下的超前支承压力变化和巷道围岩变形特征。根据1404工作面地质条件设计了注浆锚索主动式超前支护参数与注浆材料配比,并开展了工程监测验证。研究结果表明,工作面推进过程中,超前支承压力的影响范围约为20 m,超前支承压力在4~5 m区域内达到峰值;随着同工作面距离的增加,巷道变形量显著降低,整体呈现出负指数函数的变化趋势。工程监测表明,在20 d后巷道围岩的变形量趋于稳定,其中两帮变形量为80~110 mm,顶板下沉量为160~200 mm,支护设施处于有效工作状态,注浆锚索主动式超前支护技术可以控制巷道围岩变形。In view of the loose and broken geological conditions of mining roadway at No.1404 working face of Xintian Coal Mine,the active advance supporting roadway with grouting anchor cable was adopted to control the deformation of surrounding rock.FLAC^(3D) software was used to simulate the advance timbering and roadway surrounding rock deformation during coal mining,and the change of advance timbering and roadway surrounding rock deformation characteristics under different advancing distances were analyzed.According to the geological conditions of the No.1404 working face,the active advance supporting parameters and the ratio of grouting materials were designed,and the engineering monitoring and verification were carried out.The results showed that during the process of advancing the working face,the influence range of the advance timbering was about 20 m,and the peak value of the advance timbering was reached within 4-5 m.With the increase of the distance from the same working face,the deformation of the roadway decreased significantly,and the overall change trend showed a negative exponential function.Engineering monitoring showed that the deformation of roadway surrounding rock tended to be stable after 20 days,in which the deformation of two sides was about 80-110 mm,and the subsidence of roof was about 160-200 mm.The supporting facilities were in effective working condition,the active advance supporting technology of grouting anchor cable can control the deformation of roadway surrounding rock.
