摘  要:为实现传统架棚支护条件下的沿空留巷,以东欢坨矿20221工作面架棚巷道作为研究对象,建立力学模型计算不同情况下的煤柱弯矩。根据现场实际代入相关数值得出,在整个结构稳定的情况下,拱外悬臂梁长度不得大于6 m,搭接长度不小于4.5 m,此时的支护强度满足要求。设计架棚巷道沿空留巷的工艺,并对工程效果进行了分析。受巷道底板岩性影响,巷道变形主要以底鼓和两帮移近为主,架后顶板几乎无下沉。测点位于采面前时,底鼓平均速率为5 mm/d;位于面后0~35 m时,处于底鼓激增区,平均速率62 mm/d;与工作面距离>35 m后,平均速率为15 mm/d;目前未见稳定区域,治理以清卧为主。0处为两帮位移突变点,突变数值在280~320 mm,0~91 m处于两帮位移激增区,平均速率12.29 mm/d;91~200 m处于两帮位移缓增区,平均速率为2.5 mm/d,大于200 m时,速率<1 mm/d。In order to realize the gob-side entry retaining under the condition of traditional shed supporting,the shed roadway of No.20221 working face in Donghuantuo Mine was taken as the research object,and the method of establishing mechanical model was used to calculate the bending moment of coal pillar under different conditions.According to the actual on-site input of relevant values,under the condition of stable overall structure,the length of the cantilever beam outside the arch shall not exceed 6 m,and the overlap length shall not be less than 4.5 m.At this time,the supporting strength met the requirements.The process of gob-side entry retaining in shed roadway was designed,and the engineering effect was analyzed.Affected by the lithology of roadway floor,the deformation of roadway is mainly floor heave and two-side movement,and the roof has almost no subsidence behind the working face.When the measuring point is located in front of the mining face,the average rate of floor heave is 5 mm/d;when located 0-35 m behind the surface,it is in the surge area of the floor heave,with an average velocity of 62 mm/d;after a distance of more than 35 meters from the working face,the average speed is 15 mm/d;at present,there is no stable area,and the governance is mainly based on clear lying.The mutation point of the displacement of the two sides is 0,and the mutation value is 280-320 mm.The 0-91 m is in the surge area of the displacement of the two sides,and the average rate is 12.29 mm/d.91-200 m is located in the two sides of the displacement of the slow increase area,with an average velocity of 2.5 mm/d.When it is greater than 200 m,the velocity is less than 1 mm/d.
