摘 要:以位于严寒地区的黑龙江龙煤双鸭山矿业有限责任公司东荣三矿改扩建项目新建副立井施工条件为例,井筒所处位置具有地层复杂且表土与基岩地层含水层涌水量大及破碎带较多等特点,将影响施工安全与建设工期。针对上述问题,通过理论分析及施工经验交流等方法,研究探讨增强破碎围岩稳定性及防治水的措施,提出了表土段采用冻结法、基岩段采用地面注浆法施工方案。该方案在双鸭山地区首次应用,通过冻结与注浆相结合的施工方法,能够有效防治水患及加固破碎围岩,从而防止施工期间安全事故的发生,为井筒安全快速施工提供了可靠的技术手段,达到了预期工程效果。Taking the construction conditions of the new auxiliary shaft in the reconstruction and expansion project of Dongrong No.3 Mine of Heilongjiang Longmei Shuangyashan Mining Co.,Ltd.in the severe cold region as an example,The location of the shaft has the characteristics of complex strata,large water inflow in the aquifer of surface soil and bedrock strata and many fracture zones,which will affect the construction safety and construction period.In view of the above problems,through theoretical analysis and construction experience exchange methods,the measures to enhance the stability of broken surrounding rock and prevent and control water were studied and discussed,and the construction scheme of freezing method in surface soil section and ground grouting method in bedrock section was put forward.The scheme was first applied in Shuangyashan region,through the combination of freezing and grouting,it can effectively prevent and control flood and reinforce broken surrounding rock,so as to prevent the occurrence of safety accidents during construction.It provides a reliable technical means for the safe and rapid construction of shaft,and achieves the expected engineering effect.
