摘  要:为解决煤泥入炉掺烧次生原煤仓棚煤的现象,在原煤仓下部设置中心给煤机,解决了棚煤问题。作为中心给料机核心组件的卸料臂的防磨与在线处理成为中心给料机使用单位面临的问题和困扰。通过对中心给料机卸料臂运行中存在问题的研究分析,对卸料臂前端安装高锰钢活动前锋改造,彻底解决了中心给料机卸料臂防磨和在线处理的技术难题。In order to solve the phenomenon of coal slurry mixed with secondary raw coal bunker shed coal in the furnace,set up a central coal feeder at the lower part of the raw coal bunker to solve the problem of shed coal.The anti-wear and online processing of the unloading arm,which is the core component of the central feeder,have become problems and troubles faced by the users of the central feeder.The research and analysis on the problems existing in the operation of the unloading arm of the central feeder was conducted,and the installation of a high manganese steel movable front at the front end of the unloading arm was renovated,completely solving the technical problems of anti-wear and online processing of the unloading arm of the central feeder.
