摘 要:黄陇侏罗纪煤田永陇矿区特厚煤层开采受离层涌(突)水威胁,矿区矿井曾多次发生顶板离层水害事故,亟须加强离层水害防治关键技术的研究及应用。目前矿区多数采用地面抽排水技术,但在抽排钻孔孔位合理布设、快速成孔等方面未有系统的分析研究,以郭家河煤矿1310工作面离层水防治经验为佐证,通过工程试验、现场施工、理论分析等方法,对采前采后工程试验数据、电法成果、抽排水影响半径、钻井工艺、成孔效率等进行分析研究,取得如下成果,抽排孔孔位以“异常区段兼顾抽水孔影响半径”进行布设,间距按230~285.4 m为宜。通过改良井径、套管材质、钻进方法、成井工艺等,采后155~175 m施工钻孔,钻井效率提升3~5倍。The mining of extra-thick coal seam in Yonglong mining area of Jurassic coalfield in Huanglong is threatened by water gushing(bursting),it is urgent to strengthen the research and application of the key techniques for the prevention and control of separated layer water damage.At present,most of the mining areas adopt the surface pumping and drainage technology,but there is no systematic analysis and study on the reasonable layout of the pumping and draining holes and the rapid drilling,taking the prevention and control experience of the separated layer water in No.1310 working face of Guojiahe coal mine,by means of engineering test,field operation and theoretical analysis,the engineering test data before and after mining,electrical method results,influence radius of pumping and drainage,drilling technology and hole formation efficiency were analyzed and studied,the results are as follows:the location of pumping and draining holes should be arranged according to"the influence radius of pumping holes should be taken into account in abnormal section",and the spacing should be 230-285.4 m.After 155-175 m drilling,the drilling efficiency is increased by 3-5 times by improving the well diameter,casing material,drilling method and well completion technology.
