摘  要:功率电子器件在不间断电源(UPS)系统中的应用及其性能表现是一个值得深入探讨的主题。UPS系统的基本结构和工作原理为理解功率电子器件的作用奠定了基础。各类功率电子器件,如IGBT、MOSFET等,在UPS系统中发挥着关键作用。通过对比分析不同器件的特性,可以评估它们在效率、可靠性、功率密度等方面的性能表现。新型宽禁带半导体材料(如SiC、GaN)的出现为UPS系统带来了新的发展机遇。功率电子器件在提升UPS系统整体性能方面起着至关重要的作用,其未来发展趋势将持续影响UPS技术的进步。The application and performance of power electronic devices in uninterruptible power supply(UPS)systems is a topic worthy of in-depth discussion.The basic structure and working principles of the UPS system lay the foundation for understanding the role of power electronic devices.Various types of power electronic devices,such as IGBT,MOSFET,etc.,play a key role in UPS systems.By comparing and analyzing the characteristics of different devices,their performance in terms of efficiency,reliability,power density,etc.can be evaluated.The emergence of new wide-bandgap semiconductor materials(such as SiC,GaN)has brought new development opportunities to UPS systems.Power electronic devices play a vital role in improving the overall performance of UPS systems,and their future development trends will continue to affect the progress of UPS technology.
