摘  要:为了提升国土变更调查工作的效率与精度,本文通过介绍国土变更调查技术的前期准备、地表覆盖疑问图斑的智能化提取、国土地表图斑的叠加分析方法、内业数据处理流程、数据库构建与动态更新策略、成果整改及整理归档体系,深入分析了各项技术在实践中的应用效果与挑战。提出了结合遥感监测、GIS技术及大数据分析的综合解决方案,以优化调查流程,确保数据准确性。研究结果表明,该系列技术应用显著提高了国土变更调查的时效性和科学性,为国土资源管理和规划决策提供了坚实的数据支撑。In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of land use change investigation work,this article introduces the preliminary preparation of land use change investigation technology,intelligent extraction of land cover question patches,overlay analysis method of land use surface patches,internal data processing flow,database construction and dynamic update strategy,achievement rectification and filing system,and deeply analyzes the application effects and challenges of various technologies in practice.A comprehensive solution combining remote sensing monitoring,GIS technology,and big data analysis has been proposed to optimize the survey process and ensure data accuracy.The research results indicate that the application of this series of technologies significantly improves the timeliness and scientificity of land change investigations,providing solid data support for land and resource management and planning decisions.
