摘 要:随着无线通信技术的迅猛发展,射频(RF)类设备在航空航天、军事、无线通信等多个领域发挥着关键作用。射频模块和系统越来越复杂,对射频类设备的性能与质量离不开高效、准确的测试系统。本文深入分析了射频类测试系统的共性,包括GJB8848、DO-160、GJB151B等标准射频测试场景,进而提出了一种射频类自动测试系统通用平台的设计方案。With the rapid advancements in wireless communication technology,radio frequency(RF)equipment plays a pivotal role across various sectors such as aerospace,military,and wireless communications.As RF modules and systems grow increasingly complex,the performance and quality of RF equipment rely heavily on efficient and accurate testing systems.This article delves into the commonalities of RF testing systems,encompassing standard RF test scenarios such as GJB8848,DO-160,and GJB151B,and subsequently proposes a design scheme for a universal platform for RF automatic testing systems.
