摘　　要：为了提升大型三甲医院医疗服务效率与质量,优化患者就医体验,本文通过介绍大型三甲医院建设概况,深入剖析了医疗信息化技术架构的搭建原则与关键要素。进一步,文章详细设计了医疗信息化方案,包括医院信息集成平台的构建、信息化IT服务的全面覆盖,以及医院医疗信息化推进策略与逻辑衔接机制。作者提出,通过高度集成的信息系统与智能化的服务流程,能够有效促进医疗资源的合理配置与高效利用。研究结果表明,科学合理的医疗信息化设计对于推动大型三甲医院向智慧医疗转型、提升整体医疗服务水平具有显著作用。In order to improve the efficiency and quality of medical services in large tertiary hospitals and optimize the patient experience,this article introduces the construction overview of large tertiary hospitals and deeply analyzes the principles and key elements of building medical information technology architecture.Furthermore,the article provides a detailed design of a medical informationization plan,including the construction of a hospital information integration platform,comprehensive coverage of informationization IT services,and the promotion strategy and logical connection mechanism for hospital medical informationization.The author proposes that through highly integrated information systems and intelligent service processes,the rational allocation and efficient utilization of medical resources can be effectively promoted.The research results indicate that scientifically reasonable medical information design plays a significant role in promoting the transformation of large tertiary hospitals towards smart healthcare and improving the overall level of medical services.
