摘 要:由于现有的控制方法出现拐点时间与实际不符,风机转速存在滞后性,为此研究节能理念下暖通空调变风量控制优化方法。遵循低碳原则,通过建立能耗的数学模型按照HVAC系统能耗方式,运用蚁群算法对样本进行随机采样,获得整个蚁群的蚂蚁总数量,根据实际在不同路径上的信息素,计算暖通空调的传热动作能耗。实验结果表明,风量在时间达到200 s时出现拐点,使得温度保持在固定范围内,仿真结果与实际情况相同。风机转速经过控制器调节之后,风阀的开度变化在50 s后达到最高点,有效消除风机转速的滞后性,达到了节约能源的目的。Because the inflection point time of the existing control method is not consistent with the reality,and the fan speed is lagging,the optimization method of HVAC variable air volume control under the concept of energy saving is studied.In accordance with the principle of low carbon,a mathematical model of energy consumption was established according to the energy consumption mode of HVAC system,and the ant colony algorithm was used to randomly sample samples to obtain the total number of ants in the entire ant colony.According to the actual pheromones on different paths,the heat transfer energy consumption of HVAC was calculated.The experimental results show that the inflection point occurs when the air volume reaches 200 s,which keeps the temperature within a fixed range.The simulation results are the same as the actual situation.After the fan speed is adjusted by the controller,the opening change of the air valve reaches the highest point after 50 s,effectively eliminating the lag of the fan speed and achieving the purpose of saving energy.
