发电机定子并联环引线绝缘开裂缺陷分析及处理

摘  要:针对某640MW级燃气-蒸汽联合循环结构发电机在进行定子绕组交接直流耐压试验过程中,发现B相绕组泄漏电流数值与另外两相存在较大偏差的问题。通过对泄漏电流数值曲线的对比判断,确定发电机B相绕组存在集中性缺陷。现场采用从外到内逐步排查的思路,结合发电机的安装结构和试验数据进行综合分析,排除绝缘受潮和外部损伤等因素,最终在检查B相中性点手包绝缘结构时发现其并联环引线L型转角位置存在3处绝缘开裂缺陷。通过评估缺陷部位的绝缘性能和判断结构的损伤范围,确定了现场修复方案,经修复处理后发电机泄漏电流和直流耐压试验合格。During the direct current(DC)withstand voltage test of the stator winding in a 640MW gas-steam combined cycle power generator,a significant deviation in the leakage current value of phase B winding was observed compared to the other two phases.By comparing the leakage current value curves,it was determined that there is a concentrated defect in the phase B winding of the generator.On-site,gradually approach from the outside to the inside was adopted,combined with the installation structure of the generator and test data for comprehensive analysis.Factors such as insulation dampness and external damage were ruled out.Eventually,during the inspection of the hand-wrapped insulation structure at the neutral point of phase B,three insulation cracks were found at the L-shaped corner of the parallel ring lead-out wire.After assessing the insulation performance of the defect area and judging the extent of structural damage,an on-site repair plan was determined.After the repair treatment,the generator's leakage current and direct current withstand voltage test were qualified.
