基于互联网的术前健康教育配合人文关怀在输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术患者的应用效果

摘　　要：目的探讨基于互联网的术前健康教育配合人文关怀在输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术患者中的应用。方法选取2021年2月至2022年10月于抚州市临川区人民医院行输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术的67例患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为观察组(n=34)与对照组(n=33)。对照组采用术前常规健康教育,观察组采用基于互联网的术前健康教育配合人文关怀。比较两组临床恢复指标(血尿持续时间、双J管取出时间、恢复尿常规时间、住院时间)、生命质量[健康调查量表36(36-item short form health survey,SF-36)]评分、术后并发症发生率。结果观察组血尿持续时间、双J管取出时间、恢复尿常规时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,两组总体健康、躯体疼痛、活力、生理功能、生理职能、社会功能、心理健康、情感职能评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组术后并发症发生率为11.76%,低于对照组的33.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用基于互联网的术前健康教育联合人文关怀干预有助于促进输尿管软镜下钬激光碎石术患者恢复,提升其生命质量,并降低术后并发症的发生风险,具有较高的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the application of preoperative health education based on Internet combined with humanistic care in patients undergoing holmium laser lithotripsy under flexible ureteroscope.Methods 67 patients who undergoing holmium laser lithotripsy under flexible ureteroscope in Linchuan People's Hospital of Fuzhou City from February 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the study subjects,and they were divided into the observation group(n=34)and the control group(n=33)according to the random number table method.The control group received preoperative routine health education,and the observation group received preoperative health education based on Internet combined with humanistic care.The recovery of clinical indicators(duration of hematuria,double J tube removal time,recovery of urine routine time,hospitalization time)36-item short from health survey(SF-36),and the incidence of postoperative complications were compared between the two groups.Results The duration of hemuria,double J tube removal time,recovery of urine routine time and hospitalization time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the general health(GH),bodily pain(BP),vitality(VT),physical functioning(PF),role physical(RP),social functioning(SF),mental health(MH),role emotional(RE)scores of the two groups were higher than before intervention,and the observation group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the observation group was 11.76%,which was lower than 33.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Preoperative health education based on Internet combined with humanistic care intervention is helpful to promote the recovery of patients undergoing holmium laser lithotripsy under flexible ureteroscope,improve the quality of life,and reduce the risk of postoperative complications,which has good clinical a
