摘  要:现变频调速系统应用中的电源端漏保误跳的问题,行业里通常采用变频器输出端增加有源滤波器,来消除变频器输出端的共模电压。这种方案可以从根源消除共模电压,缺点是成本高,设计复杂,体积大,不能普遍应用。本文通过对共模电压的分析以及给出共模电压表达式,提出一种改变共模电流耦合回路的方案,减小流过漏电保护开关的共模电流,并且理论计算结果与实际测试结果在趋势上是保持一致的,验证了本方案可以解决漏保误跳的问题。Now in the frequency conversion speed regulation system,the problem of leakage protection switch at the main power side false tripping is usually solved by increasing the active filter at the output side of the inverter to eliminate the inverter output side common mode voltage.This solution can eliminate the common mode voltage from the root,the disadvantage is high cost,complex design,large volume,can't be widely used.Based on the analysis of the common mode voltage and the expression of the common mode voltage,a solution of changing the common mode current coupling loop is proposed in this article to reduce the common mode current flowing through the leakage protection switch.And the theoretical calculation results are consistent with the actual test results,which proves that this solution can solve the problem of leakage protection switch false tripping.
