摘 要:为了提升乙二醇生产质量,文章结合实际案例,分析了煤制乙二醇工艺技术流程。通过分析煤基合成气制乙二醇工艺技术中存在的不足,为提升乙二醇产品质量,提升生产装置运行的经济性,降低生产装置运行造成的污染和控制能耗,提出改进传统煤基合成气制乙二醇工艺的观点。优化后的煤基合成气制乙二醇工艺技术,乙二醇生产产生的污水中,甲醇、硝酸盐等污染物含量较低,相关经济指标均达到同类装置的国际领先标准。In order to improve the production quality of ethylene glycol,this article analyzes the technical process of coal to ethylene glycol based on practical cases.By analyzing the shortcomings of the coal based synthesis gas to ethylene glycol process technology,in order to improve the quality of ethylene glycol products,enhance the economic efficiency of production equipment operation,reduce pollution caused by production equipment operation,and control energy consumption,the viewpoint of improving the traditional coal based synthesis gas to ethylene glycol process is proposed.The optimized coal based synthesis gas to ethylene glycol process technology has low levels of pollutants such as methanol and nitrate in the wastewater generated from ethylene glycol production,and the relevant economic indicators have reached the international leading standards of similar devices.
