摘 要:脐带缆作为水下生产系统的关键设备,在水下工程领域应用日趋广泛。目前国内在脐带缆设计、分析、制造和安装等方面的研究还处于初步发展阶段,仅仅具备浅水脐带缆水平安装的工程实践能力,严重制约了我国水下生产系统的应用和发展。本文以阿联酋BB项目的脐带缆安装方案FEED设计为例,简要分析典型脐带缆安装设计方案的各自优势,提出和归纳适用于阿联酋项目的脐带缆安装设计的方法和关键设备。Umbilical cables,as key equipment in underwater production systems,are increasingly widely used in the field of underwater engineering.At present,research in the design,analysis,manufacturing,and installation of umbilical cables in China is still in the initial stage of development,and only has the engineering practice ability for horizontal installation of shallow water umbilical cables,which seriously restricts the application and development of China's underwater production system.This article takes the FEED design of the umbilical cable installation scheme for the BB project in the UAE as an example.This article briefly analyzes the respective advantages of typical umbilical cable installation design schemes,and proposes and summarizes the methods and key equipment applicable to umbilical cable installation in UAE projects.
