摘 要:在深水桥梁基础施工中锁扣钢管桩围堰技术相比其他围堰在经济、安全、功效等方面更具优越性。文章以洪鹤大桥工程HHTJ3标项目为例,简要阐述锁扣钢管桩围堰施工技术设计、工艺及结构优化方案,提出施工关键技术应用措施,对围堰内支撑结构、围檩下放、钢管桩施打、围堰止水、围堰开挖等工艺进行分析,以期为相关工作者提供参考。In the construction of deep water bridge foundations,the locking steel pipe pile cofferdam technology has more advantages in terms of economy,safety,and effectiveness compared to other cofferdams.The article takes the HHTJ3 section of the Honghe Bridge project as an example to briefly explain the construction technology design,process,and structural optimization plan of the locking steel pipe pile cofferdam.Key construction technology application measures are proposed,and the supporting structure inside the cofferdam,the lowering of the purlin,the driving of steel pipe piles,the waterproofing of the cofferdam,and the excavation of the cofferdam are analyzed to provide reference for relevant workers.
