摘 要:为了处理软土地区挡墙与地基的大位移与大变形问题,通过选取某工程作为研究背景,对已施工区域的挡墙位移、地基中PHC预应力管桩垂直度、地表位移及深层土体位移进行了监测与分析,根据挡墙地基产生病害的原因提出了相应的应急措施,结合施工特点采取了旋喷桩和水泥土搅拌桩相结合的加固措施,解决了软土地基的变形问题和挡墙的大位移问题,取得了显著的加固效果,本研究可为软土地区的挡墙与地基的设计施工提供技术参考。In order to deal with the large displacement and deformation of retaining wall and foundation in soft soil area,a project was selected as the research background to monitor and analyze the displacement of retaining wall in the construction area,the verticality of PHC prestressed pipe pile in foundation,surface displacement and deep soil displacement,and corresponding emergency measures were put forward according to the causes of diseases of retaining wall foundation.Combined with the construction characteristics,the reinforcement measures of rotary jet pile and cement soil mixing pile were adopted to solve the large deformation problem of soft soil foundation and the large displacement problem of retaining wall,and remarkable reinforcement effect was achieved.This study can provide technical reference for the design and construction of retaining wall and foundation in soft soil area.
