摘  要:为了解决大碧河渡槽槽身与清水沟吊管钢桁架吊装施工中的复杂性和安全性问题,本文首先分析了吊装前的准备工作,包括现场准备和通信联络方式。然后详细阐述了吊装施工中的难点及对策,包括吊装高度大、构件重量大等问题的解决措施,以及吊装工序流程和稳定措施。最后,提出了保证质量的技术措施,如严格检查构件尺寸、合理安装顺序等。本文为类似大型构件吊装施工提供了宝贵的参考帮助,确保了施工安全和质量。In order to address the complexity and safety issues in the lifting construction of the aqueduct body and the steel truss of the hanging pipe in Qingshuigou of the Dabihe Aqueduct,this article first analyzes the preparatory work before lifting,including site preparation and communication methods.Then,it elaborates on the difficulties and countermeasures in the lifting construction,including solutions to problems such as the large lifting height and the heavy weight of the components,as well as the lifting process flow and stability measures.Finally,technical measures to ensure quality are proposed,such as strictly checking the dimensions of the components and reasonable installation sequences.This article provides valuable reference assistance for similar lifting constructions of large-scale components,ensuring construction safety and quality.
