摘 要:BIM技术在公共医疗建设项目施工阶段表现出显著优势。本文以兰州新区疾病预防控制中心建设项目为例,探讨BIM技术在方案深化、管线综合排布、参数化建模和施工工序模拟等方面的应用。BIM技术提高了设计精度和施工可视化,优化了资源利用,减少了施工错误和变更,并通过工序模拟确保工程顺利进行。项目顺利施工验证了BIM技术的可行性和优势,展示了其在提高管理水平和施工效率方面的潜力,对未来类似项目的推进具有重要意义。BIM technology has shown significant advantages in the construction stage of public medical construction projects.Taking the construction project of Lanzhou New Area Center for Disease Control and Prevention as an example,this paper discusses the application of BIM technology in scheme deepening,comprehensive pipeline arrangement,parametric modeling and construction process simulation.BIM technology improves the design accuracy and construction visualization,optimizes the resource utilization,reduces the construction errors and changes,and ensures the smooth progress of the project through process simulation.The smooth construction of the project verifies the feasibility and advantages of BIM technology,demonstrates its potential in improving the management level and construction efficiency,and is of great significance for the promotion of similar projects in the future.
