摘  要:随着人们生活水平的不断提升,对建筑工程的自动化和智能化等方面的要求越来越高,使得建筑中要布设的管线越来越多,给管线综合布置工作提出了很大难度。以某建筑工程项目为例,详细分析了管线综合布置技术,重点从BIM管线综合优化排布技术以及综合支吊架技术两个层面着手,对相关技术及经验进行了总结。结果表明,使用所述技术可以达到理想的效果,既保障了各类专业管线的有效布置,还保障了酒店走廊净高的设计施工要求。With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,the requirements for automation and intelligence in construction engineering are getting higher and higher,resulting in an increasing number of pipelines to be laid in buildings,which poses great difficulties for the comprehensive layout of pipelines.Taking a construction engineering project as an example,this paper analyzes the comprehensive layout technology of pipelines in detail,focusing on two aspects:BIM pipeline comprehensive optimization layout technology and integrated support and hanger technology.Relevant technologies and experiences are summarized.The results show that the use of the said technology can achieve the desired effect,which not only ensures the effective layout of various professional pipelines,but also ensures the design and construction requirements of the net height of the hotel corridor.
