摘 要:为了深入探究超大深基坑工程开挖对临近建筑的影响,本文通过介绍工程概况,详细分析了沉降、位移监测点的布设情况,并对地下连续墙深层水平位移的影响进行了深入探讨。同时,文章还着重分析了临近建筑的变形影响,并提出了相应的观点。研究结果表明,超大深基坑工程的开挖对临近建筑产生了显著的影响,特别是在沉降和位移方面。通过合理的监测点布设,可以有效地捕捉到这些影响的变化趋势,为施工过程中的风险控制提供了重要依据。同时,地下连续墙的深层水平位移也对临近建筑的稳定性产生了较大影响。In order to deeply explore the impact of excavation of super deep foundation pits on adjacent buildings,this article introduces the engineering overview,analyzes in detail the layout of settlement and displacement monitoring points,and deeply explores the influence of deep horizontal displacement of underground continuous walls.At the same time,the article also focuses on analyzing the deformation effects of adjacent buildings and proposes corresponding viewpoints.The research results indicate that the excavation of super deep foundation pits has a significant impact on adjacent buildings,especially in terms of settlement and displacement.By setting up reasonable monitoring points,the changing trends of these impacts can be effectively captured,providing important basis for risk control during the construction process.Meanwhile,the deep horizontal displacement of underground continuous walls also has a significant impact on the stability of adjacent buildings.
