摘 要:采用数字图像相关方法(DIC)测量混凝土结构表面应变场时,不同光强会引起图像灰度信息分布不同,进而影响DIC的测量结果。针对此问题,本文基于混凝土三点弯实验探究了不同光强对DIC测量精度的影响规律,并将实验结果与应变片数据对比。结果表明:平均灰度接近于截至区或饱和区时图像匹配失败。在光强可匹配的范围内,DIC的测量精度随平均灰度的增加先升高后降低,平均灰度190为最优光强。When the surface strain field of a concrete structure is measured by the digital image correlation method under too low or too high light intensity,the provision of different light intensities will cause the distribution of extra information in image gray.It will affect the measurement results of DIC theoretically.In order to solve this problem,The influence of different light intensities on the measurement accuracy of digital image correlation is explored based on a three-point bending experiment of concrete.The experimental results are compared with the strain gauge data in this paper.The result shows that the image matching fails when the average gray level is close to the cut-off or saturation region.The measurement accuracy of DIC increases at first and then decreases with the increase of the average gray within the range of matched light intensity.The optimal light intensity is average gray of 190.
