摘  要:本文分析了加热控制技术在PASSAVANT精密涂布设备加热系统升级过程中的应用。公司PASSAVANT精密涂布设备加热系统,控制系统由位式通断元件组成。存在设备运行能耗高、稳定性差、故障率高、可维护性差等问题。针对以上存在问题,我通过对原有加热系统进行功能分析,咨询相关领域专家。制定了加热控制系统升级的相应方案。采用稳定性、可靠性、集成度高的温控仪表、三相周波调功器、风速变送器组成加热系统硬件架构方案。根据加热控制系统设计预案和功能分析制定了加热控制系统的软件架构方案。通过对改造项目中加热控制系统中专家PID算法、过零触发功能、风压保护的认真分析,按时完成加热控制系统升级改造项目。This article analyzes the application of heating control technology in the heating system upgrade process of PASSAVANT precision coating equipment.The heating system of the company's PASSAVANT precision coating equipment consists of positional on/off components in the control system.There are problems with high energy consumption,poor stability,high failure rate,and poor maintainability in equipment operation.In response to the aforementioned issues,I conducted a functional analysis of the existing heating system and consulted experts in the relevant field.A corresponding plan for upgrading the heating control system has been developed.The hardware architecture scheme of the heating system is composed of stable,reliable,and highly integrated temperature control instruments,three-phase cycle power regulators,and wind speed transmitters.A software architecture plan for the heating control system was developed based on the design plan and functional analysis of the heating control system.By carefully analyzing the expert PID algorithm,zero crossing triggering function,and wind pressure protection in the heating control system of the renovation project,the heating control system upgrade and renovation project was completed on time.
