摘 要:糖尿病足溃疡(DFU)通常伴有不同程度的周围神经病变和血管病变,是一种难愈合创面,其愈合延迟过程主要是有新血管再生障碍、持续的创面炎症反应、创面再上皮化障碍及成纤维细胞增殖异常。外泌体微小RNA(miRNA)作为细胞间通讯的重要介质,参与多种生物学过程,可调控影响DFU愈合的多种靶基因转录翻译。本文旨在简要综述外泌体miRNA对新血管再生、炎症反应、创面再上皮化功能以及成纤维细胞增殖功能在DFU修复中的调控作用,以期为DFU的治疗提供新思路。Diabetic foot ulcer(DFU)is usually accompanied by varying degrees of peripheral neuropathy and vasculopathy.It is a difficult-to-heal wound.The delayed healing process is mainly due to new blood vessel regeneration disorder,persistent wound inflammation,wound re-epithelialization disorder and abnormal fibroblast proliferation.Exosomal miRNA,as an important medium for intercellular communication,is involved in a variety of biological processes and can regulate the transcription and translation of various target genes affecting DFU healing.This paper aims to briefly review the role of exosomal miRNAs in the regulation of neointimal regeneration,inflammatory response,wound re-epithelialization function,and fibroblast proliferation function in the repair of DFU,to provide new ideas for the treatment of DFU.
