摘  要:为提高锂电池组导电带的耐腐蚀性能,以铜带为基础材料,利用刮刀式涂布在铜带表面制备了聚苯胺-石墨烯(PANI-GO)复合涂层。通过电化学实验,评估了复合涂层在质量分数为3.5%的NaCl溶液中对铜带的腐蚀防护作用。实验结果显示,PANI-GO复合涂层不仅为腐蚀环境下的铜带提供了强大的物理屏障,还改善了涂层的致密性和耐渗透性,减少了腐蚀电化学反应的发生。此外,通过循环伏安法(Cyclic Voltammetry,CV)及恒电流充放电测试,验证了PANI-GO复合涂层在锂离子电池中具有良好的应用前景。To improve the corrosion resistance of conductive strips in Li-battery packs,a polyaniline graphene(PANI-GO)composite coating was prepared on the surface of copper strips using a scraper coating method based on copper strips.The corrosion protection effect of the composite coating on the copper strip in a mass fraction is 3.5%NaCl solution was evaluated through electrochemical experiments.The experimental results demonstrate that the PANI-GO composite coating not only provides a robust physical barrier for the copper strip in corrosive environments but also improves the density and impermeability of the coating,reducing the occurrence of electrochemical corrosion reactions.In addition,the PANIGO composite coating was verified with excellent potential for application in Li-ion batteries through cyclic voltammetry(CV)testing and constant current charge-discharge testing.
