摘  要:环氧涂料由基料、固化剂、稀释剂、颜填料、助剂和偶联剂等组成,是涂料工业的支柱之一,在金属管道防腐体系中起到了不可或缺的作用。如何通过环氧涂料的设计,使其能够适应不断扩展的金属管道应用领域和提升的防腐性能、环保和经济性要求,一直是金属管道防腐领域的重要研究内容。介绍了无溶剂双组分环氧涂料的组成与特点,系统地总结和评述了三种常用于提升无溶剂双组分环氧树脂涂料性能的策略,即环氧树脂基体的改性、固化剂的优化设计和助剂的共混改性,并在最后对环氧涂料未来研发方向进行了展望。Epoxy coatings are composed of substrates,curing agents,diluents,pigments and fillers,additives,and coupling agents,and are one of the pillars of the coating industry.They play an indispensable role in the anti-corrosion system of metal pipelines.How to design epoxy coat-ings to adapt to the constantly expanding field of metal pipeline applications and the increasing requirements for anti-corrosion performance,envi-ronmental protection,and economy has always been an important research topic in the field of metal pipeline anti-corrosion.The research introduces the composition and characters of solvent-free two-component epoxy coatings,systematically reviews and comments three typical strategies employed to improve its performance,namely,the modification of epoxy resin matrix,optimization design of synthetic curing agent and blending modification of additives.Finally,the future research and development direction of epoxy coatings is prospected.
