摘  要:深入分析了化工生产过程中陶瓷溶胶喷涂液搅拌系统的节能问题。主要围绕改进搅拌系统的设计、进程控制及其自动化、废热回收利用中的热交换技术及通过能量回收减少能源损耗等方面进行探讨。同时,也突出了在日常维护与管理中对实现节能降耗目标的关键作用。采取这些措施后,不仅显著提升了搅拌系统的能源使用效率,减少了生产开支,而且对促进化工产业的持续发展具有积极的正面影响。An in-depth analysis was conducted on the energy-saving issues of the ceramic sol spraying liquid stirring system in the chemical production process.The main focus is on improving the design of the mixing system,process control and automation,heat exchange technology in waste heat recovery and utilization,and reducing energy loss through energy recovery.At the same time,it also highlights the key role of achieving energy-saving and consumption reduction goals in daily maintenance and management.After taking these measures,not only the energy efficiency of the mixing system is significantly improved,but also the production expenses are reduced,and it has a positive impact on promoting the sustainable development of the chemical industry.
