摘 要:简要介绍了二氧化硫(SO_(2))的来源、危害,以及常用的脱硫技术。以三明某化工企业为例,其原有碱吸收脱硫装置存在的不足主要表现在:脱硫剂消耗量大,脱硫成本高,设备容易堵塞,影响脱硫装置的平稳运行。结合该企业废气处理提升改造经验,对镁法烟气脱硫装置处理效果进行了分析,改造后可降低脱硫液消耗量,减少结垢堵塞,增加脱硫副产品效益,减少二氧化硫排放量,实现经济效益和环境效益的统一。The source,harm and common desulfurization technology of sulfur dioxide(SO_(2))are briefly introduced.Take a chemical enterprise in Sanming as an example,the shortcomings of the original alkali absorption desulphurization unit are mainly manifested in:Large consumption of desulphurization agent,high cost of desulphurization,easy plugging of equipment,affecting the smooth operation of the desulphurization unit.Combined with the experience of the enterprise's waste gas treatment upgrading,the treatment effect of the magnesium flue gas desulfuriza-tion unit was analyzed.After the transformation,the consumption of desulfurization liquid was reduced,the scale and blockage were reduced,the by-product benefits of desulfurization were increased,the emission of sulfur dioxide was reduced,and the economic benefits and environmental benefits were unified.
