摘  要:随着科学技术的快速发展,年代久远的一些电镀生产装置,由于生产效率低、环境污染大,需要报废撤除。电镀槽槽液通常涉及铜、镍、铬等重金属污染物,若泄漏容易对土壤、地下水、地表水等环境质量造成污染影响,因此,拆除时一定要考虑周到,做好全面的准备工作,做到万无一失,一旦出现事故应有相应的应急措施,保证及时解决。针对电镀车间拆除方案、环境影响及防治措施展开分析,并提出应急状态下的防控措施,可为同类型企业拆除工程提供参考。With the rapid development of science and technology,some electroplating production devices in the agelong term need to be scrapped and removed due to low production efficiency and high environmental pollution.Electroplating bath solution usually involves heavy metal pollutants such as chromium,zinc,nickel,etc.If leaked,it can easily cause pollution and impact on the environmental quality of soil,groundwater,surface water,etc.Therefore,when dismantling,it is necessary to consider carefully and make comprehensive preparations to ensure that there is no risk.In case of accidents,corresponding emergency measures should be taken to ensure timely resolution.The demolition scheme,environmental impact and prevention measures of electroplating workshop are analyzed,and the prevention and control measures in emergency are put forward,which can provide reference for similar enterprises'demolition projects.
