摘 要:里必煤矿井下实测3号煤层原始瓦斯含量最大值27.49 m^(3)/t,原始瓦斯压力最大值2.45 MPa,瓦斯含量大,瓦斯压力高。斜井揭煤因具有小角度、“过煤门”段长的特点,突出危险性也更大,亟需针对斜井长距离揭强突出煤层工程研究一种高效抽采技术。以里必煤矿主斜井井筒里程1503~1582 m段掘进揭穿3#煤层为工程背景,对瓦斯抽采效果影响因素进行了分析,并针对现场实际施工过程中场地受限导致工期长工程量大,钻孔数量多间距小导致封孔段易漏气,下行孔积渣积水影响抽采效果导致预抽时间长,小角度长距离揭煤工期长,预抽钻孔控制范围之外的煤层瓦斯在压力作用下向掘进范围运移易造成揭煤过程中瓦斯超限等技术难点,通过施工导硐钻场及采用大孔径、高负压、多“掏穴”、下套管、增孔深、固化截抽等高效抽采技术解决斜井长距离抽采技术难题,提高瓦斯抽采效果。工程实践表明,通过以上钻孔施工及抽采技术,里必煤矿斜井揭3号突出煤层穿层钻孔百米瓦斯抽采量由0.032 m^(3)/min提升至0.053 m^(3)/min,钻孔工程量减少1400 m,瓦斯抽采达标时间提前了182天,抽采效果良好。研究结果为类似地质条件下的斜井长距离揭煤瓦斯高效抽采提供支撑。The maximum value of the original gas content of No.3 coal seam in Libi Coal Mine is 27.49 m^(3)/t,and the maximum value of the original gas pressure is 2.45 MPa.Due to the characteristics of small angle and long‚coal door‚section,the outburst risk of inclined shaft uncovering coal is also greater.It is urgent to study an efficient extraction technology for long-distance uncovering outburst coal seam in inclined shaft.Based on the engineering background of the excavation of the 3#coal seam in the 1503~1582 m section of the main inclined shaft in Libi Coal Mine,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of gas drainage effect.In view of the technical difficulties in the actual construction process,such as long construction period and large engineering amount due to limited site,large number of drilling holes and small spacing leading to gas leakage in the sealing section,slag accumulation and water accumulation in the down hole affecting the extraction effect leading to long pre-pumping time,long distance coal uncovering period at small angles,and gas exceeding the limit in the coal uncovering process when the coal seam gas outside the control range of the pre-pumped borehole is transported to the driving range under pressure,the construction of pilot drilling field and the use of large aperture,high negative pressure,multiple“hole cutting”,casing,hole depth,solidified cutting and other efficient extraction technology to solve the technical problems of long distance extraction of inclined wells,improving the gas extraction effect.The engineering practice shows that through the above drilling construction and extraction technology,the gas extraction amount of 100 m in the borehole of No.3 outburst coal seam in the inclined shaft of Libi Coal Mine is increased from 0.032 m^(3)/min to 0.053 m^(3)/min,and the amount of drilling engineering is reduced by 1400 m.The standard time of gas extraction is advanced by 182 days,and the extraction effect is good.The research results provide a support for high-efficienc
