摘 要:磺酰类化合物因其在医药研发领域的重要作用而备受关注,尤其在抗麻风病、抗精神病和抗艾滋病药物的研发中。采用焦亚硫酸钾作为磺酰基供体,开发了一种新型的烯烃、焦亚硫酸钾和卤代烷烃三组分反应,成功构建了烯烃的1,2-双磺酰化系列产物。该合成方法无需金属催化剂和紫外光照,反应条件温和,具有显著的环保和效率优势,为磺酰类化合物的绿色合成提供了新途径。Sulfonyl compounds have attracted significant attention due to their crucial roles in the pharmaceutical industry,particularly in the development of anti-leprosy,anti-psychotic,and anti-AIDS drugs.Potassium metabisulfite was utilized as a sulfonate donor to develop a novel three-component reaction involving alkenes,potassium metabisulfite,and haloalkanes,successfully constructing the 1,2-disulfonated products of alkenes.This synthetic method does not require metal catalysts or ultraviolet irradiation,features mild reaction conditions,and offers significant environmental and efficiency advantages,providing a new pathway for the green synthesis of sulfonyl compounds.
