摘  要:探索低硅铝比X型分子筛的制备技术,并评估其物理化学性能。通过使用不同的合成方法如溶胶-凝胶法、水热合成法和微波辅助合成法,详细描述了合成过程中硅源和铝源的选择对分子筛结构和功能性能的影响,研究结果表明,低硅铝比显著影响了分子筛的吸附能力和催化活性,特别是在环境净化和化工原料转化应用中表现出高效的性能。The preparation technology of X-type zeolite with low Si-Al ratio was studied and its physicochemical properties were evaluated.Different synthesis methods,such as sol-gel method,hydrothermal synthesis method and microwave-assisted synthesis method,were used to describe in detail the effects of the selection of Si and Al sources on the structure and functional properties of the molecular sieve during the synthesis process.The results showed that the adsorption capacity and catalytic activity of the molecular sieve were significantly affected by the low Si/Al ratio.Especially in the environmental purification and chemical raw material conversion applications show efficient performance.
