摘 要:为提高煤矸石固废利用率,推进大宗固废源头减量、资源化利用和无害化处置,探索将补连塔煤矿煤矸石用作胶凝材料制备充填材料。通过三种破碎方式处理煤矸石,并进行破碎筛分、配比优化及力学性能分析,利用XRD、XRF等手段评估。结果显示,破碎后煤矸石粒径分布合理,粒径+4.75mm占13.6%,可获得良好工作性能的充填体料浆。不同破碎效果对充填体抗压强度有显著影响,其中80mm以上煤矸石双级破碎后强度最高,7d达1.8MPa,28d近4MPa。且质量分数升高、煤矸石掺量降低时,泌水率减小。In order to improve the utilization rate of coal gangue solid waste and promote the source reduction,resource utilization and harmless disposal of bulk solid waste,the use of coal gangue in Bulianta Coal Mine is explored as a cementitious material to prepare filling materials.Coal gangue was processed by three crushing methods,crushed and screened,ratio optimization and mechanical properties analysis,and evaluated by XRD,XRF and other means.The results showed that the particle size distribution of coal gangue after crushing was reasonable,and the particle size was+4.75 mm,accounting for 13.6%,and the filling slurry with good working performance could be obtained.Different crushing effects have a significant effect on the compressive strength of the backfill,among which the strength of coal gangue above 80 mm after two-stage crushing is the highest,reaching 1.8 MPa in 7 d and nearly 4 MPa in 28 d.And when the concentration increases and the gangue content decreases,the water secretion rate decreases.
