摘 要:为了实现用户需求侧响应的有效管理,设计基于决策树驱动的电力营销系统用户需求侧响应系统。利用AT89C55控制芯片结合计量设备完成电能数据的感知和采集,通过网络层将采集数据传送至应用层;应用层通过以ATmega2560芯片为核心的用户需求响应控制器,控制用户需求侧响应,同时该控制器通过电力积分生成的模式,使用户参与负荷控制;并且基于决策树驱动的分类用电用户获取异常用电用户后,基于粒子群的细粒度优化用户需求侧响应,保证用户侧供需平衡,实现用户需求侧响应控制,并将控制结果传送至交互层。测试结果显示,该系统具备良好的用电异常用户筛选效果,可准确获取用户侧的用电异常用户比例结果,可呈现用户需求侧响应程度、用电结果、负荷变化情况等。应用后,用户需求侧平均响应容量均达到1.5 MW,满足标准要求。In order to realize the effective management of user demand side response,a power marketing system user demand side response system based on decision tree driving is designed.The AT89C55 control chip is used in conjunction with the metering equipment to complete the perception and collection of electric energy data,and the collected data are transmitted to the application layer through the network layer;the application layer controls the user side demand response through the user demand response controller with the ATmega2560 chip as the core.The controller enables users to participate in load control through the mode generated by power integration;and after obtaining abnormal power users based on the classification of decision tree driving,the optimization of user demand side response based on the fine-grained of particle swarms ensures the balance of supply and demand on the user side.The user demand side response to the control and transmits the control result to the interaction layer.The test results show that the system has a good screening effect for users with abnormal power consumption,can accurately obtain the results of the proportion of users with abnormal power consumption on the user side,and can present the user’s demand response degree,power consumption results,and load changes on the user side.The average capacity on the demand side reponse of users has reached 1.5 MW,which meets the standard.
