摘 要:针对某公司加氢装置反应产物与混氢油换热器管束在制造时发现换热管胀裂现象,对两台换热管胀接开裂部位进行了宏观检查、金相分析、夹杂物统计、硬度测试及断口微观形貌分析。结果表明,胀管开裂的主要原因在于换热管硬度过大,其次断口外表面向内部区域呈脆性断裂,脆性开裂区域有数条异常夹杂物,出现分层现象,导致在胀接力下换热管环向开裂。综上,文章还针对裂纹成因提出对应的应对措施和处理方法。In response to the phenomenon of heat exchanger tube expansion and cracking found in the heat exchanger tube bundle of a company’s hydrogenation plant reaction product and hydrogen oil mixing during manufacturing,macroscopic inspection,metallographic analysis,inclusions statistics,hardness testing and fracture micro-morphological analysis of two heat exchanger tubes with expansion and cracking parts were carried out.The results show that the main reason for the cracking of the expanded tube is that the hardness of the heat exchanger tube is too large,followed by brittle fracture of the fracture outer surface toward the inner region,and several abnormal inclusions in the brittle fracture region,which appear as delamination phenomenon,leading to ring cracking of the heat exchanger tube under the expansion force.In summary,the article also puts forward corresponding countermeasures and treatment methods for the causes of cracks.
