摘  要:优化了直管式焦亚硫酸钠气流干燥装置中螺旋加料机结构,以提高干燥装置整体运行效率,降低生产成本的同时减少环境污染。现有螺旋加料机处理湿焦亚过程存在物料黏附导致的搭桥现象、绞龙轴和叶片强度不足及电机负荷大等问题。文中采用实心轴、变螺距叶片、单独搅拌电机等结构优化,并引入可编程逻辑控制器(PLC)控制系统,大幅提升螺旋加料机自动化水平和效率,减少维护需求和生产成本方面表现突出。In this paper,the structure of spiral feeder in the straight-tube sodium metabisulfite air flow drying unit was optimized to improve the overall operating efficiency of the drying unit,reduce production cost and reduce environmental pollution.The existing screw feeder has some problems in the process of wet coke processing,such as bridge phenomenon caused by material adhesion,insufficient strength of shaft and blade and heavy load of motor.In this paper,solid shaft,variable pitch blade,separate mixing motor structure optimization,and the introduction of programmable logic controller(PLC)control system,greatly improve the automation level and efficiency of the screw feeder,reduce maintenance needs and production costs outstanding performance.
