大斜度井井眼清洁影响机理及措施剖析

摘  要:在钻井施工过程中,大斜度井是一种较为常见的现象,由于其结构特性,使得井眼清洁的难度较大,如何有效解决这一问题成为钻井施工效率和质量提升的重要因素。文章主要围绕大斜度井井眼清洁影响机理和措施进行分析,结果表明,随着转速升高,井眼清洁效果随之提升,并且在钻井过程中,钻井液排量大小也会影响到井眼清洁效果,随着钻井液整体黏度提高,岩屑的清洁效果也会同步提升,具体则需要根据不同施工现场实际情况选择最佳的清洁方式。文章就大斜度井井眼清洁影响机理进行探讨,在分析具体影响因素基础上,提出合理化策略付诸实践,为具体施工活动开展提供参考。In the process of drilling construction,the highly inclined well is a common phenomenon.Because of its structural characteristics,it is difficult to clean the well.How to effectively solve this problem becomes an important factor to improve the efficiency and quality of drilling construction.This paper mainly analyzes the influence mechanism and measures of borehole cleaning in highly inclined Wells.The results show that the borehole cleaning effect will be improved with the increase of rotational speed,and the drilling fluid displacement will also affect the borehole cleaning effect during drilling.With the increase of the overall viscosity of drilling fluid,the cleaning effect of cuttings will also be improved simultaneously.In particular,it is necessary to choose the best cleaning method according to the actual situation of different construction sites.This paper discusses the influence mechanism of borehole cleaning in high inclination Wells,and tries to put forward reasonable strategies to practice on the basis of analyzing specific influencing factors,so as to provide reference support for specific construction activities.
