摘　　要：通过具体项目案例,探讨了天然气管道建设工程项目中数字化管理措施及其对项目管理效率和质量的影响。通过制定标准化管理文件确保了系统要求的严格执行,并通过实时监控智能工地的应用状况与定期的数据对比分析进行项目进度管理,提升了工程运营效率与质量。此外,通过随机数据抽检以及现场复测复核等方法,确保了关键数据的准确性和完整性。这些措施显著提升了项目管理的透明度和生产效率,体现了数字化管理在基础设施工程中的重要作用。本研究展示了数字化技术在提升工程项目管理水平中的应用价值和潜力,为其他管道建设工程项目的数字化转型提供了实践经验和参考。This study discusses digital management measures in natural gas pipeline engineering projects and their impact on project management efficiency and quality through specific project cases.This case ensures the strict implementation of system requirements by formulating standardized management documents,and manages project progress through real-time monitoring of the application status of smart construction sites and regular data comparison and analysis,thus improving project operation efficiency and quality.In addition,the accuracy and completeness of key data are ensured through random data sampling and on-site retesting and review.These measures have significantly improved the transparency and productivity of project management,reflecting the important role of digital management in infrastructure projects.This study demonstrates the application value and potential of digital technology in improving the management level of engineering projects,and provides practical experience and reference for the digital transformation of other pipeline engineering projects.
