摘　　要：目的LNG接收站设备作为工艺流程中的载体,生产运行对设备的依存度很高,设备润滑管理水平直接影响并决定整个接收站的生产效率和经济效益。方法结合当前LNG接收站设备特点及润滑管理中存在的一些问题,客观剖析产生问题的因素,从润滑油脂的采购、存储、使用建立健全润滑管理制度,加强对设备维护周期评估、故障诊断润滑管理技术的应用。通过统计设备管理指标,分析润滑管理效益。结果将润滑管理作为一种工具,降低了企业的运营成本,延长了设备全生命周期。结论重视润滑管理,加深对润滑管理的认识与理解,对推动LNG行业的可持续发展意义重大。Objective The equipment of LNG receiving station is the carrier in the process flow,the production operation depends on the equipment very much,and the lubrication management level of the equipment directly affects and determines the production efficiency and economic benefit of the whole receiving station.Methods Combined with the current LNG receiving station equipment characteristics and some problems in lubrication management,objectively analyze the factors that cause problems,establish and improve the lubrication management system from the procurement,storage and use of lubricating oils,strengthen the application of equipment maintenance cycle assessment,fault diagnosis lubrication management technology.By statistical equipment management index,the lubrication management benefit was analyzed.Results Using lubrication management as a tool reduces the operating cost of enterprises and prolongs the whole life cycle of equipment.Conclusion It is of great significance for the sustainable development of LNG industry to attach importance to lubrication management and deepen the knowledge and understanding of lubrication management.
