高校国有资产管理平台数字化转型的实践与思考——以XZ高校为例

摘　　要：随着职业教育的发展和互联网、云计算、数字技术的进步,高校国有资产体量大幅增加,涉及数据量也随之增加,如何利用数字化平台全面提高高校国有资产管理水平成为现实课题。文章以XZ职业教育高校国有资产数字化平台为例,通过对数字化平台的设计和具体实践进行分析,得出打造数字化平台有利于对国有资产的全生命周期进行管理、可以提升高校国有资产资产管理效能、节约人力物力的结论并提出相应建议。With the development of vocational education and the progress of the Internet,cloud computing and digital technology,the volume of state-owned assets in colleges and universities has increased significantly,and the amount of data involved has also increased.Taking the digital platform of state-owned assets of XZ vocational education colleges and universities as an example,this paper analyzes the design and specific practice of the digital platform,and concludes that building a digital platform is conducive to the management of the whole life cycle of state-owned assets,can improve the efficiency of state-owned asset asset management in colleges and universities,and saves manpower and material resources,and puts forward corresponding suggestions.
