摘　　要：中国经济体制完成了从新民主主义经济到高度集中的计划经济体制再到社会主义市场经济体制的成功转变,不同的经济体制对中国式现代化的不同历史阶段产生了不同程度的历史作用。改革开放后,中国逐步确立了社会主义市场经济体制,实现了经济腾飞的伟大成就,为中国式现代化奠定了坚实的物质基础。新时代,国内外复杂环境以及现实问题的众多挑战要求我们必须构建高水平社会主义市场经济体制。进一步全面深化改革、推进中国式现代化,实现构建高水平社会主义市场经济体制的重要目标,要注重“管”和“放”之间的关系,也就是“秩序”和“活力”之间的关系;要巩固好社会主义基本经济制度,处理好公有制经济和非公有制经济之间的关系;要注重发挥优势,处理好“统一”和“多样”的关系;要提高全社会的参与积极性,处理好“坚定性”和“积极性”之间的关系。China's economic system has undergone a remarkable transformation,evolving from a new democratic economy to a highly centralized planned economy and eventually to a socialist market economy.Each stage of this evolution has played a distinct role in advancing China's modernization.Following the reform and opening-up,China established a socialist market economic system,achieving extraordinary economic growth and laying a solid material foundation for modernization.In the New Era,faced with a complex domestic and international landscape and numerous pressing challenges,there is an urgent need to build a high-level socialist market economy.To achieve this,it is essential to comprehensively deepen reforms,advance China's modernization,and meet the strategic goal of constructing a high-level socialist market economic system.This requires balancing the dynamics between""regulation"and"laissez-faire,"or"order"and"vitality";consolidating the basic socialist economic system while harmonizing the relationship between public and non-public sectors;leveraging strengths to balance""unity"and""diversity";and fostering broad societal enthusiasm while maintaining a balance between"firmness"and"initiative.
