摘 要:自身免疫性疾病是机体免疫系统对自身抗原失去耐受性,进而发生免疫应答而导致自身抗体生成、自身组织损害的疾病,通常无法彻底治愈,需要终身治疗。内分泌自身免疫性疾病是最常见的自身免疫性疾病之一,目前针对该类疾病的治疗均为改善症状和预防疾病相关并发症的发生,并不能彻底治愈疾病相关的病理性自身免疫。近年来,采用调节性免疫细胞、耐受性疫苗、纳米材料以及黏膜免疫重新诱导机体对自身抗原的特异性免疫耐受治疗内分泌自身免疫性疾病已取得一定进展,未来具有广阔的临床应用前景。Autoimmune diseases are caused by the loss of immune tolerance of immune system to autoantigens,which results in the overexpression of auto-antibodies and injury of self-tissues.Most of these diseases cannot be completely cured,requiring lifelong treatment.Endocrine autoimmune disease is one of the most common autoimmune diseases.The current treatments for these diseases are mainly aiming to improve symptoms and prevent the complications,but can not completely cure pathological autoimmunity related to the diseases.In recent years,the strategies using regulatory immune cells,tolerant vaccines,nanoparticles and mucosal immunity to induce antigen-specific immune tolerance have made some progress in the treatment of endocrine autoimmune diseases,and have broad clinical application prospects in the future.
