摘  要:妊娠糖尿病(GDM)是产科最常见的代谢性疾病之一,对胎儿发育、分娩过程和新生儿期有重大影响。鸢尾素是一种新型的肌肉因子和脂肪因子,其能促进骨骼肌对葡萄糖的摄取,改善肝脏糖脂代谢,促进胰岛β细胞功能和存活。鸢尾素参与调节机体多种内分泌和代谢,对代谢性疾病有良好的作用,有望成为GDM的防治靶点。同时,其具有促进棕色脂肪生成、提高能量代谢等潜力。未来,研究将更深入地探索鸢尾素的作用机制,并有望开发相关药物或治疗方法,应用于肥胖、糖尿病等代谢性疾病的预防和治疗。Gestational diabetes mellitus(GDM)is one of the most common metabolic diseases in obstetrics,which has a significant impact on fetal development,delivery process and neonatal period.Irisin is a novel muscle factor and adipokine that can promote glucose uptake in skeletal muscles,improve liver glycolipid metabolism,and enhance pancreaticβcell function and survival.Irisin is involved in regulating various endocrine and metabolic processes in the body,and has a good effect on metabolic diseases,which is expected to become a target for the prevention and treatment of GDM.At the same time,it has the potential to promote brown fat production and improve energy metabolism.In the future,the research will further explore the mechanism of Irisin,and is expected to develop related drugs or treatment methods for the treatment and prevention of metabolic diseases such as obesity and diabetes.
