摘　　要：慢性肾脏病(CKD)是威胁人体健康的一类重大疾病,已经成为全球性公共健康问题。CKD-矿物质和骨异常(MBD)是CKD患者常见的并发症之一,主要影响患者内环境及骨代谢,进而导致严重的骨质疏松。其临床治疗以调节钙磷紊乱、抑制甲状旁腺激素释放或者手术为主要方案。目前国内对于CKD-MBD的管理并没有达到理想水平,而结合中医药不仅能有效调节患者骨代谢水平,还能改善患者全身疼痛、乏力、瘙痒的症状,减慢整体病情的进展并促进肾功能恢复。因此,未来进一步规范西医治疗并结合个体化中医治疗有助于提高CKD-MBD患者的临床疗效。Chronic kidney disease(CKD)is a category of major diseases that threatens human health and has become a global public health problem.CKD-mineral and bone disorder(MBD)is one of the common complications in CKD patients,which mainly affects the internal environment and bone metabolism of the patients,leading to severe osteoporosis.The clinical treatment of CKD-MBD is mainly based on the regulation of calcium and phosphorus disorders,inhibition of parathyroid hormone release or surgery.At present,the management of CKD-MBD in China has not reached the ideal level,and the combination of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)can not only effectively regulate the bone metabolism level of the patients,but also improve the symptoms of general pain,fatigue,itching,and slow down the overall progress of the disease and promote the recovery of renal function.Therefore,further standardizing western medicine treatment and combining individualized TCM treatment in the future will help improve the clinical efficacy of CKD-MBD patients.
