摘　　要：月经过多作为妇科临床中的常见症状,病因错综复杂,涉及多脏腑系统,临床表现多样,个体间差异显著。近年来,中西医在月经过多诊治方面均取得显著进展。西医基于性腺轴与生殖内分泌的研究,采用高效的合成激素类药物精准调控内分泌,或通过手术干预直接消除病因。中医则遵循辨证论治原则,运用补气摄血、活血化瘀、益气养阴清热等治法,全面调理患者体质,旨在恢复气血平衡。现阶段中西医结合诊治月经过多的临床研究不断发展,通过综合两种医学的优势,为患者提供更为有效、个性化的治疗方案,显著提升月经过多的治疗效果,不仅为临床提供更多样的诊治选择,还为后期的研究提供科学的理论依据与实践基础。As a common symptom in gynecologic clinics,menorrhagia has a complex etiology,involves multiple internal organs and systems,and has a variety of clinical manifestations with significant individual differences.In recent years,both Traditional Chinese and western medicine have made significant progress in the diagnosis and treatment of menorrhagia.Based on the study of gonadal axis and reproductive endocrine,western medicine adopts highly effective synthetic hormone drugs to precisely regulate endocrine,or directly eliminates the cause of the disease through surgical intervention.Traditional Chinese medicine,on the other hand,follows the principle of dialectical diagnosis and treatment,utilizing methods such as tonifying qi and blood,activating blood circulation and removing blood stasis,benefiting qi,nourishing yin and clearing away heat,etc.,to comprehensively regulate the patient′s physique,aiming at restoring the balance of qi and blood.At the present stage,the clinical research on the combination of Traditional Chinese and western medicine in the diagnosis and treatment of menorrhagia has been developing continuously.By integrating the advantages of the two types of medicine,we can provide the patients with more effective and individualized treatment plans,which can significantly improve the therapeutic effect,providing not only more diverse clinical diagnosis and treatment choices,but also scientific theoretical reference and practical basis for the later research.
